About Me

I fell in love with therapy as a client. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, and the importance of having a space to reflect, explore, and get creative.

I am a white, cisgender woman living with autoimmune diseases, including type 1 diabetes. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in school-based healthcare advocacy, feminist media, and with survivors of intimate partner violence. I bring my identities and experiences with me into the therapy room, along with a commitment to unlearning, challenging, and healing from systems of supremacy.

When I’m not doing this work, I love craft projects, potlucks, swimming in lakes, and taking long walks with my dog.
