• I only offer telehealth sessions (no in-person therapy at this time)

• I am able to accept Premera insurance, along with most Blue Cross Blue Shield and LifeWise plans. Please feel free to email me a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and I can confirm coverage. My private pay rate is $130/session (with a one-time $150 intake session).

• I am only able to provide therapy services to clients who are located in the state of Washington.
